Execution and Delivery Guidance
We partner with the CEO/senior team to provide support and execution process to insure results from the strategic plan. Our support draws from having actually developed, aligned, and executed strategy as business leaders ourselves. Our typical engagement begins directly following the strategy development and runs from 3-6 months.
Breakthrough Executive Coaching
Designed for the individual executive that is at an inflection point in their career and would benefit from outside perspective and heightened self awareness to help them drive to their next level of performance and contribution. Our goal is to drive a step level change in their career and performance trajectory in the shortest time possible.
Strategic Acumen Development (for teams)
These engagements are designed to increase the strategic thinking and contribution from areas that may not have a depth of strategic background so they can actively participate in strategy formulation and execution. These may be areas such as Human Resources, IT, or other functional areas where investment in this type of development has not historically been made.
Situational Coaching
This work with our clients is for specific, point-in-time partnering for initiatives such as board meeting presentations, analyst/investor meetings, town hall employee meetings, sales meetings, large client meetings, etc.
